HOW IT HAPPENED
The Saints battled in doubles action and was rewarded with wins at the first and third spots. The first and third doubles teams both defeated their opponents by a match score of 9-8 to give Limestone the 2-1 advantage headed into singles play.
During singles play, Limestone's lone victory came from Soares at the No. 1 position. He took his opponent to a three-set decision to win by a final match score of 7-5, 4-6, 10-6. Despite early efforts from the Saints, the Trojans finalized the overall score of 6-3 after winning the rest of the singles matches.

The Saints return to action on Tuesday, Mar. 7 when they travel to Dahlonega, Ga. to face the University of North Georgia. The non-conference match is set to begin at 2 p.m.
