Tiffin University (5-5) dropped a number of close matches, falling to Coker 6-3 at Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Elio Lezama Perez posted two of TU's three wins, teaming with Luis Ludena to win a narrow doubles match 8-6 while also winning in singles play 6-3, 6-2. Santiago de La Rosa Mora also won a hard fought singles match 6-1, 4-6, 10-6.

TU had a number of narrow losses that swung the match in Coker's favor. Hugo Chatras/Austin Mohamedali fell 9-8, while Toby Cutting/Sorin Navrotchi fell 8-5 to put TU in a 2-1 hole heading to singles play.

Cutting dropped a three set match in singles play 6-4, 6-7, 10-8, while Navrotchi fell 7-6, 6-3 and Ludena fell 6-0, 7-6. Nikita Parfenov also lost 6-0, 6-2.
