Opening doubles play saw the pairings of Tash Forrest (Jersey, United Kingdom) and Hannah Price (Knoxville, Tenn.) and Ukrainians Alisa Liashova and Anita Chornei earn 6-0 routs over the Tornado to push the lead to 1-0.
