Anderson, S.C – The Anderson University women's basketball team used pesky defense coupled with a big opening first quarter to win an important game over South Atlantic Conference opponent Lincoln Memorial, 68-55, on Wednesday evening at the Abney Athletic Center.
With the victory, the Trojans improve to 9-2 overall and 4-0 in SAC play while the Railsplitters fall to 6-4 overall and 3-2 in conference action.

- Senior Ace Easter scored a team-high 15 points while grabbing seven rebounds
- Junior Alexy Mollenhauer netted 11 points while ripping down eight rebounds
- Junior Madison Baggett chipped in 10 points while running down three rebounds. Baggett was also credited with two steal and one assists on the evening
