PEMBROKE, N.C. – Anderson University women's soccer dropped a nonconference road match, 4-0, against UNC Pembroke on Saturday afternoon at Lumbee River EMC.
With the loss, the Trojans fall to 0-4 on the year while UNC Pembroke moves to 2-1.
The Braves used a lone first half goal to gain momentum for a three goal second half.
UNC Pembroke outshot the Trojans 21(10) – 13(6) on the day while winning the corner kick advantage 10-4.
The Black and Gold remain on the road to open South Atlantic Conference play when they travel to Coker on Wednesday. Kick-off is slated for 4:30 p.m.
