South Atlantic Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Championships to be Streamed on ESPN3
The 2018 South Atlantic Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Championship semifinals and finals will be broadcast on ESPN3 and on the WatchESPN App.
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The 2018 South Atlantic Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Championship semifinals and finals will be broadcast on ESPN3 and on the WatchESPN App. The SAC is the only Conference among Division II to have both its men's and women's semifinals and finals carried on the ESPN family of networks.
"We are very excited to once again have ESPN stream our men’s and women’s basketball championships," said South Atlantic Conference Commissioner Patrick Britz. "We have been fortunate to have a great deal of regional and national success in both men's and women's basketball in recent years, so being able to showcase our championship semifinals and finals worldwide through ESPN is fantastic for the SAC and for NCAA Division II."
The women's semifinals will begin on Saturday, March 3, at noon and 2:30 p.m., followed by the men’s games at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The SAC Basketball Championship finals will then tip-off on Sunday, March 4, with the women’s game at 1 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 4 p.m.
All six games will be played at Timmons Arena in Greenville, S.C.
